I ordered two Ruger BX trigger assemblies. Weby misshipped me a Fish Cat inflatable. They called right away to demand its return. They promised to re-ship the product that I had ordered but not received.

As soon as they sent me their return label I shipped the Fish Cat back to them. It's been almost a month now and I still don't have my merchandise. I've contacted them three times by email and have received two automated support ticket numbers but no actual human contact.

Weby keeps emailing requests for me to rate them, so here you are. I'll never shop with you again, WebyShops. In my experience, you're crooked as hell.

UPDATE: Now I'm receiving emails asking me to rate the product that they sent in error -- which was returned immediately without being used. I called and an unnamed lady (really, despite two opportunities she didn't say her name) said that the returned item had not been processed yet, nearly a month after they received it back. She also said that the three customer service case numbers that they sent in response to my emails were computer generated and couldn't explain why no human ever responded to the emails.

Tip for consumers:
The clowns in the circus are more believable than this bunch of morons.
