I had 2 transactions that I thought were monthly. I contacted SEGPAY and their rep let me know they were one time. These charges are legit.

Qlink was my first choice when I needed a free phone. It was the best choice. I didn't read about them I just chose Qlink. It was a very good choice. I started with the least expensive phone and free service only. I have not had a problem with my phone, or service, since I've had Qlink. 6 years. No dropped calls. No problem with the connection. To compare them to paid service I'd put them right up there with Verizon. If you qualify for a free phone Qlink should be your choice.

You can find just about anything here at a very reasonable price. I can spend hours going from item to item to find "just" the right one. Or more, in my case: An 1857 Flying Eagle Cent, A Practical Magic Signed Picture of Nicole Kidman & Sandra Bullock and An Autographed Photo of Penelope Cruz. Each was bought from a different vendor and delivery time was still less than a week. Go there and experience this yourself.
