Two weeks after ordering, said order completed, but got no product, could not be tracked, and waited on hold for customer service, finally gave up. Since it was a Christmas gift, reordered, put in a discount code i was given which was not accepted. Will not be using this company again.

I am unable to find you or your order just based off of your first name and your last initial, which is all I have at the moment. Please let me know what your order numbers are, or if you no longer have the order numbers, please provide the email address the orders were placed under. I know the last time you called, likely in December, you were on hold for an extremely long time, so you may feel hesitant to reach out to us. The lengthy hold times are typical only during the months of November through January, due to the significant increase in customer contacts we receive. If you call us now, (or really any other time of the year) there should be little to no wait time for assistance over the phone or chat.
