We originally started this project almost 13 years ago but hit one disaster after another. I had some health issues that I had to leave the area to get taken care of and while gone, was burglarized for over $250K in tools, equipment, all wiring &outlets including switches and plug-ins, Windows and even well pump fittings, and 760' of schedule120 11/4" pipe. This destroyed me for almost 4 years, as I knew that I could never work enough hours on the side to replace what was taken as well as it would cost close to double the cost I had purchased items I still had new in their boxes since I bought them.
My biggest concern was finding a metal building company site that allowed for changes in roof pitch as anything below a 5/12 pitch will be at ground level most winters due to heavy snow fall. Don't think that I am completely sold on your company, however as I am looking through a couple of other ones as well. It seems like residents of Idaho seem to be forgotten about by vendors very quickly once the sale closes. I experienced something very similar with my metal shop I put together.
