Used the card once and all the money disappeared. Customer service said call back in two days after pending charges posted even though I hadn't used it but once to see if it worked. Two days later, website is down, customer service automation says my card is invalid and wont let me speak to a real person. They don't even have a contact me e-mail. You have to write them a letter. Thieves and CVS sells these things. They are just as guilty. May as well burned the 400 bucks
