I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Tekhné, and I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering employment with this organization.

In May 2023, I received an email from Tekhné offering me what seemed like a promising job opportunity. After careful consideration and in full compliance with their request, I confirmed my acceptance within 24 hours and shared all the requested documents.

This decision, however, came at a cost as I had to resign from my position at MouthShut.com, a move that entailed serving a three-month notice period and incurring monetary penalties. I adhered to all professional norms and resigned from MouthShut.com on June 10,2023, expecting to begin my new journey with Tekhné 3 months later. To my shock and dismay, on September 2,2023, Tekhné abruptly decided to revoke their offer of employment, leaving me in a precarious situation.

With a departure date set for September 8,2023, I found myself without a job and facing severe financial hardship due to the sudden change in circumstances. This decision by Tekhné is not only unfair but also unethical. It has had a profound and negative impact on my life, both professionally and financially. Despite the significant damages I have suffered, including the monetary penalties incurred during my resignation process (at MouthShut.com) and the loss of income, Tekhné has shown no willingness to take responsibility for its actions.

I have formally served Tekhné with a legal notice, to seek redress for the damages I have endured. However, the organization has yet to respond positively to this reasonable request. It is my hope that this public exposure will shed light on the company's lack of integrity and accountability.

To ensure transparency and fairness to clients such as #undp, #penguin, #kraftheinzcompany, #lorealparis, #oxfm, #trespa, #artipoppe, and #africanunion, I find it imperative to communicate my unsatisfactory encounter with Tekhné, cautioning them about potential future engagements.

In conclusion, my experience with Tekhné has been nothing short of disappointing and devastating. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this organization to exercise caution and carefully evaluate the potential consequences of their decisions. Tekhné's actions have not only affected my livelihood but also raised serious ethical concerns.
