I bought Host and domain on their website, at the last step when I was going to pay, I got an error message that I have to start over, while they withdrew the money from my bank account, without registering any Host and domain. After they contacted and they manually added the Host and the domain to me. They put the domain on the wrong name and they don't want to change the name for me now. They have made the mistake themselves, but they do not own up to the mistake.
I do not recommend NameHero at all, do not buy any of them at all.
