Otherwise, I might have missed the chance to meet my fiancee. I believe it was a divine hand and great people that made this happen. Waited more than 8 weeks to receive my rebate. Only to find out after making numerous non toll free calls to be told that they never received it and probably got lost in the mail, Can't be serious. How many other customers did they use this excuse with. Wanted me to mail copies to an address. WHY don't they issue the 11% discount when the customer pays for their items? WHAT A JOKE. They figure that half the people will not bother with the mail in forms or else forget about it entirely. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
