I placed an order on 06/28/22 at Aldi's. My order was never delivered that day because the store closed before the order was accepted. They delivered the order the next day around noon after them telling me they can not return my money. The order I recieved did not have everything that I paid for. I reached out to customer service through the app (not a real person its an AI) and nothing was resolved. I reached out via email and nothing was resolved as well. They will not refund my money nor will they respond to my emails. This is the second incident that occurred to me. I tried supporting a black owned app and it backfired!
