The customer service from Jim was really great, it's a shame that the Buildmat email system seems to have a problem with iinet addresses, as without this fault and needing to chase up confirmation of our order and further query, it would be a 5-star rating.
The actual person-to-person customer service was excellent. Jim listened to our problem, was obliging and clear with our choices and steps to take to rectify the problem.
After lots of research, Buildmat had high quality stainless steel sinks for good prices
