The website they display is very misleading. They make it look like you are actually on the Mayo performing arts center website when you are actually on a private ticket sales site. Within 10 minutes, I connected with live chat and they told me I could absolutely not cancel my order and get a refund. They suggested I sell the tickets privately and got nasty throughout the end of the chat. Not very reputable in my opinion and they don't deserve your business.
They said, "the best option they could provide me was to sell the tickets".
