This site passes themselves off as an authentic USA based Northface merchandiser. NOT! They are a Republic of China based knockoff distributor (knockoffs from China, who would have ever thought?) The prices are advertised as outlet prices but they are actually knockoff prices. There return policy allows for a return of merchandise if you are not satisfied with a whooping 27% restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping, which by the way is all the way back to China. Needless to say there is no customer support nor any way of contacting the merchant to discuss any orders that have been placed. Full disclosure of there return policy or there contact information is never made anytime during the ordering process, nor are standard delivery times provided. (coming from China, I guess it's hard to pinpoint exactly when it will get to the United States let alone your shipping address!) Bottomline... If you are looking for the Real Thing... THIS AIN'T IT!
