Cox is laughably bad-everything about it is bad. And you pay top dollar for this terrible, terrible service.
First of all, often their reception is bad. I had so many problems with my cable TV reception at my old apartment complex-even though their repairmen came out there several times.
Just terrible, terrible Customer Service. First of all, the workers (who seem to obviously be from India) often can't speak very good English and they don't even understand what your issue is-regardless of how straightforward it is. They are often as incompetent as can be. I've often even been told many different conflicting things from different personnel. On my current issue, I've spent probably FIVE HOURS on chat when this issue probably should have been resolved in 15 MINUTES. Even the simplest of issues takes hours and hours to resolve and I've had to contact them over and over and over.
Where I live, there aren't a lot of options. I would leave Cox in a heartbeat. What a terrible company! I wish I could give them negative 100!
