I purchased a Canon lens on July 18,2010 with two day shipping. I contacted customer service on July 22,2010 because the item had not been delivered. First customer service could not find my order number. Then they had to re-boot their system. Then they could still not find the order number. Then the placed me on hold. Then they found the order, but said it had not been shipped. Then they told me they did not have the item in stock after wasting 20 minutes on the phone. I have purchased online for a very long time. This is by far the worst experience I have run into. I will NEVER attempt to do business with this firm again and would recommend that you do not either.
