I ordered some bracelets for someone and then realized I had already ordered them about a month earlier. So I quickly (within the hour) reached out to Puravida to cancel my order. No customer service at all - you have to email them, which I did... then after about an hour they answered me to tell me it was too late for a cancellation... they said my order was already "being pulled" at the warehouse. I can't believe it. When can't I cancel an order after only ONE HOUR? Never again will I buy from them. They have no customer service and only want your money - so when you place an order BEWARE!
