Nearly impossible to talk to a live person. The online chat is very slow.
Even after paying the return fee (no choice) to get the correct size item, I had to wait for the return label to be emailed to me, it was not instantaneous.
They required a return fee for an exchange, when their own sizing chart was incorrect and they admitted it. I needed to exchange an XL for a Large.
They do have some unique products but with a bit of searching a lower cost alternative can usually be found.
After the lack of support I received I will go put of my way to purchase foot support products elsewhere.
