I ordered a top from Wanelo. When I receive it, the quality was not what I expected and it was too small. I had to search to find their return policy, but I emailed them and ask them to send me a return label. Their return policy states that shipping is free if I use the return label. Returns are to be postmarked within 7 days of receipt or you will not get a refund! Well, I have yet to receive a return label (its been over 48 hours) and I received an email asking for two photographs demonstrating the issue (the top is too small--really?) and then they will forward the information on to the seller and address the problem. And, by the way, their phone number is invalid. I am going to dispute this charge on my credit card until this is resolved. I would advise all not to order from this site.

Our Support team asks for photos showing the issues you are experiencing with your order however the photos do not require you to be wearing the garment. When it comes to sizing issues, feel free to just send us a photo of the item laying on a table along with a photo of the tag so we can confirm the size with the store. Rest assured that we would be able to initiate the refund if the issue is confirmed based on the photos.
