“Poor customer service, no email or phone responses.”

They delivered a partial but its been two weeks of waiting for them to complete my order. Sent emails multiple times, no responses. Phone lines are useless, can't even reach a real person to talk to. They should close, they're cheating people with this mode of operation. I'm thinking of escalating this soon,
Whether legal or law enforcement.
