They are completely unprofessional, and they cannot be trusted with their money because they cannot track it and confirm receipt. They are also very stupid and short-sighted, because they cut off communication and refuse to admit their mistakes. You can't trust them for a cent!

Hello everyone, my name is Rustam, I don't like to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I think many people need to be warned against cooperating with this company.

I don't have an open account with this company because they lost my money. On April 5,2024, I decided to purchase a two-step test from them. I paid them with bitcoins on the exchange, and then contacted their support service. They informed me that the money had been credited to their account and asked me to wait a few hours. After that, I waited for 12 hours and then 18, but I was never provided with my trading data. Then they informed me that they had not received my money and asked me to contact the support service of my electronic wallet. The wallet support service provided me with all the evidence that the money was credited to the FundedNext account, this payment can be seen in any browser block, for example, in the blockchain. Where it is written: the receiving address, amount, date and txid. I sent these screenshots and links to FundedNext, but they replied that this evidence was not an argument for them.
I was extremely polite to them, however, when they had nothing to answer my arguments, they closed the dialogue with me. After that, I contacted them again. When I asked if the correct address for receiving money, which I took from their website and sent them money to, they replied that they did not know. Do you understand? They can track the simplest thing - the address where we transfer money to them. How can they be trusted with their money? No wonder they're losing money, they're incompetent!

Their support manager named John just closed the dialogue with me, preventing me from speaking out and giving my evidence. After that, I tried to contact John again, but the support service is not responding to me.
The only thing they check is the txid, and if it seems wrong to them, as in my case, then you will not prove anything to them. Nothing! I have confirmed my payment on 5 third-party sites
