I ordered the 3/1 drain/rinse/cutting collapsible pan. There was a single line entry for special to buy 2 get 3 so I entered 1. They charged my credit card for the amount for the 3 but have only delivered 1. I have asked for this to be reviewed by someone other than Lisa Ng but she will not pass it one and insisted that it is correct as I only ordered 1. Not answering my question on why I was charged so much then. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
