I was very happy with Etrailer.com until a recent purchase. I was very disappointed with the product. A week later, I received an email to review the product. I left an honest, but negative review. Out of curiosity, I checked the status of this review a few weeks later. It does not show up on the website. I contacted them. Still no review. That was 3 months ago. Still no review. The only reason I can see for this is that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. The hide negative reviews to prevent customers from making informed decisions. I am done doing business with them. Why have a review system if you plan on blocking negative reviews?
