I never receive my packages, and I asked my apartment. My apartment has a delivery room and people who manage all the packages, I already said in the previous email.
They have a history of all tracking numbers to this apartment, and this does not include my tracking number. Also local post offices such as ups and usps do not have my package either.
But they still ask me to contact the delivery provider while I even don't know who is the provider. They just don't want to solve the problem. I paid $100 for nothing but writing all the emails and calling many times.
