My concerns I spoke to many of your rep in June 2023 they said they had all the paper work and that i was approved for the power chair and that they was out the power chair I requested and you had new chairs coming in until sept,,2023 and the day they come in that you all will ship mines in Sept 2023

When i dint get the power chair in October i been calling back to back. Now they said they need a few more documents to be filled out

They said the questions the dr left out and you need to know like would i be able to use the the gears or something! On the chair; and the dr signature and a little more corrections and once they get it then they will work on getting me approved.

You all claimed to fax them the forms at least eight times and each time you all claimed yall was faxing then over the documents I was there at the dr office waiting

The staff let me sit by they fax! Machine and i sat there for 2 hour and no fax came in from you all

I called you all every 10 minutes to make sure you all was faxing it to the correct number you read me the number back which was correct and said you all was about to re fax it again to that number

i waited by the fax machine again twenty minutes later no fax so i called again and again talking to different people who also said they faxing the paper right then and to the same number the dr gave and still to this day they never received the fax while i was sitting there waiting on you to fax it and i waited two hours until i gave up and went home

They was waiting on you to fax over the documents so they could fill it bac out and refaxed it back to you all in my face

Then we was going to call and see if you all have it

The dr office staff went over and beyond by letting me sit in they office for two hours waiting on the documents you all kept saying you faxed it.

They faxed worked fine they was getting faxes at the fax machines all but you all faxed documents and i need to get y'all to really fax it to my dr i heard my case expired Dec 6; 2023.

Me and the staff came to the conclusion that some one from your staff is sabotaging and being mean and stopping me from get approved. I looked on the forms and the question you said needed answered they had already answered the question twice plus they had the Dr signature. That's all you all said you needed to send to Medicare. My Dr office went through all that trouble filing out all that paperwork faxing over documents send notes and file. They did everything 100 percent right. You have a mean evil person working in your office who is deleting ppl files on purpose. They put my Dr office through all this bs for over six months only to have my file to expire

do you all fax work? Why is it so hard for us to get the fax papers i even told yall months ago to email me the document or mail it to ymr

why would it be so hard for you to enail me the documents or my office staff since they not receiving you all faxes

it will be best to scan and email the staff or me since now i only have a few days before ny case be closed

I send out a bible audio with 8 audio dvds and I got only 2 credits. I emailed the founder of the site and asked a simply question as why did i get only 2 credits for sending out 80 dvds the next time i logged in they said i couldnt login there was a problem with my account. Why is that most all the dvds and books i mailed out was new and i send them out the same or next day
