Let me say that this has to be the most dreadful and horrifying experience besides a recent catheterization@ NYP/Weill Cornell. The place is mortifying to enter and creepy. It's weirder when you leave early in the morning and see rats running around without care. It's dangerous! These rodents can attack and have done so. The person giving the survey was charming. He treated me and a woman with great respect and gentleness. The tech, on the other hand, was unprofessional, too brute for my taste, and very rude. His rudeness was insulting. First, he kept repeating, "This is why they pay me." And? It was my repeated thought. He puts me in a room that's like a box. I felt claustrophobic and felt like I was being placed in a forever cell. Cellblock 7, indeed!

I was told to undress, and he would be in to prep me. If you want to get dressed, be aware of the room's cameras. It's a sleep study, so they are monitoring you. I hid under the TV section to nakedness. I waited pretty long before the tech came in to prep me. I probably was the last one. Okay. No problem. Here is where it gets weird. He begins preparing me for the study, gluing, taping, and wiring. He kept pressing so hard that the pressure lingered for two weeks without exaggeration. The tech had the excuse that he had to press hard to ensure the wires caught. Okay. He tried pushing my head around like a rag doll. He could not force my head unless I moved it in his direction. I asked if I could watch TV as I suffer from insomnia, and TV soothes me sometimes to sleep. He said sure, but you won't have any sound. It will be silent. I could have sworn I was in the silent movie era of Charlie Chaplin. I told him never mind. This is where it gets weird. He tells me as follows, "What do you think? You are in a five-star hotel. This is a sleep study. This is why they pay me big bucks." I'm like, uh, rude! Who cares once again that they pay you?

He became a bit more aggressive in prepping and continuously repeated that I had to take a bath and repeatedly reminded me to take a bath. I was about to ask him, "Do I stink that you keep telling me to take a bath?" The one who stunk was him. The one who needed a bath was him. It was the most humiliating experience, and I will never go back again. I won't recommend it, and I will discourage as many people as possible from visiting. I should report this to the company headquarters. I can imagine the report. I'll be doing the study again. I'm not sure his assessment is accurate, being he thought I was at a hotel and not a sleep study. I was disgusted to the max! Do not go in, turn around, and go elsewhere—shameful place.

USPS has taken my mail, packages, used my debit card to purchase, stolen my Permit ID, returned my mail to the sender under the description "address undeliverable," and so forth. Reaching out to postal inspectors and police is a joke! The federal agency is a cesspool for crime. Check out the REAL CRIMINALS in federal, city, and state jobs. Your local nutjobs work to service you.

The patient ambassador stated that my bmi was not between 18 through 42 and they could not treat me. After reading these reviews and seeing these photos. I think it was for the best they denied me. I was like okay no problem. If the idea is to help restructor and lose weight what gives? I found it insulting and discouraging. I'll pass and so should many interested parties.
