Ordered some items I needed quickly on 28/12 and paid high next day delivery charge for it to come at the latest on the 29/12, still nothing by 3/1 so I Web chatted and was assured an investigation would be opened with a response in 1 to 3 days, didn't hear anything by the 7th so Web chat again, as they don't seem to have a telephone number, to be told they didn't know where my package was but they were in contact with evei and I would be updated soon, 16th Jan still nothing so off u go to webcam again to be told an investigation would be opened and I should have a response within 1 to 3 days, this is nearly 3 weeks after ordering the items for next day delivery, I get told once the parcel leaves the warehouse there was nothing they could do and my issue is with evri, when I explained that I ordered the items from and paid the money to sports direct meaning my contract of sale is with sports direct I got bombarded with a load of generic responses, I then asked for a manager and got told they don't have one, some abuse hurled at me and then the chat ended, totally disgusting and unacceptable
