EITHER A SCAM OR A VERY BADLY RUN COMPANY?
EITHER A SCAM OR A VERY BADLY RUN COMPANY?
EITHER THE COMPANY IS A SCAM OR IT SEEMS TO BE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS RUN EXTREMELY BADLY WITH SEVERE INCOMPETENCE. THEY LIE AND LIE ABOUT SHIPPING DATES AS THEY PROMISED TO SHIP A NUMBER OF TIMES AND NEVER DID? NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO MESSAGES ANYMORE? LOST NEARLY £13K AND DON'T KNOW IF I WILL EVER RECEIVE THE CAR? I HAVE RECEIVED THE EXPORT DOCUMENT BUT I'M NOT SURE IF IT IS FAKED OR GENUINE AS IT IS IN JAPANESE WHICH IS NORMAL, BUT IT COULD BELONG TO ANY SIMILAR CAR?

BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES AND CHAT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN YOUR DEPOSIT OR BID ON A CAR AND TAKE PAYMENT. ONCE YOU DO THIS, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES, AND IF THEY DO, THEY WILL BE FALSE PROMISES IN ORDER TO KEEP YOU QUIET. ALL I CAN SAY TO THEM WHEN THEY READ THIS IS WATCH OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING DOWN!

I LEFT THIS REVIEW A FEW WEEKS AGO AND THEN RECEIVED THE BELOW RESPONSE:

Thanks for your email again. We care for our customers and we have taken care of the delays which were caused due to liquidity of one of our vendors. We have made sure none of customers lose any money and incur any losses. You be rest assured about the car shipment as advised by our manager.

However, our management decided in the last meeting that customers leaving negative reviews will be dealt in the last. In that case the priority will be removed from your car shipment.

I sincerely advise you to remove the review instantly. You can always review again if the promise is not fulfilled. We seek your help to overcome this situation.

AS YOU WILL SEE FROM THE ABOVE RESPONSE, THEY ARE BLACKMAILING BUYERS INTO REMOVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BY THREATENING THEM IN NOT DEALING WITH THEIR ISSUE? THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND MORALLY CORRUPT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. THEY ARE MAKING OUT AS THOUGH THE BUYER HAS DONE SOMETHING WRONG, WHEN ACTUALLY IT IS THEMSELVES WHO ARE IN THE WRONG AND THEY DON'T REALISE IT! WE HAVE PAID ALL THE MONEY UP FRONT BUT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE CAR IN AN ACCEPTABLE TIME AND WITH FALSE PROMISES! AFTER SENDING THE ABOVE EMAIL THEY SAID THE CAR WOULD BE SHIPPED ON THE 24TH OF JULY 2023 AS SHOWN BELOW WITH OTHER FALSE PROMISES, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION OF THIS AND THERE IS NO BILL OF LADING UPLOADED? IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 10 MONTHS NOW SINCE PAYMENT AND STILL NO CAR AND NO REFUND!
