I made a booking for my sister and soon got confirmation email but it didn't included any airline confirmation or ticket number. I followed up with them couple of time to get the details on it to which they responded that the confirmation will be sent soon. A day alter I received an email from them asking another $200 for booking. I have already alerted my card company to mark this transaction but not sure if it works. Anyone has any idea on how to get refund or where to file complaint against them?
