Stay away from this company. Merchandise is not a true representation of the garbage they send out. Their "return" policy is non existent, because their return address (in Belgium!) is non existent, along with their communication. NON EXISTANT! They have their scam down to a fine art. Also don't expect to receive any support or buyer protection from Paypal. They require you to prove product returns by way of tracking. Problem is USPS or UPS can't provide any tracking for an address that is non existent. Paypal will deny your claim. Stay away from Luxsgear! I also closed my credit account with Paypal. After sending them numerous links and complaints recorded by BBB, they have done nothing! I won't support any company that actively supports blatant defrauding of their customers.
