Bad experience! I booked a flight through Travelgenio that was cancelled by the airline (due to bankruptcy). I was not notified until I went precheck. I was in Africa at the time, so I had to buy a new ticket with another airline. When I sought a refund, the "customer care" department came up with a number of false reasons why it would not refund the money. Each time I proved that their response was false, they came up with another excuse. It was like a game to them (their responses were also pretty snarky). After numerous emails back and forth, I have not received a refund. I will never again do business with this company! I would give zero stars if possible,
