Purchased a FRX3+ radio but forgot to charge the battery at the time of purchase. When ready to use it, the battery did not take a charge. I have been trying to contact the company to purchase a replacement battery buy it is impossible to get anyone to return emails or phone calls. Hate to think what type of service they would provide in case of product malfunction.
