However, their practices quickly devolve into frequent cancellations and inconvenient substitutions, leaving customers dissatisfied and frustrated. Moreover, what they promise or advertise often does not align with the actual product or service received, resulting in a significant discrepancy between what was initially offered and what is reflected on the account or receipt.
