“WAITED ON HOLD 2 HOURS AFTER WAITING 7 HOURS FOR DELIVERY! WTF!”

There might be people out there who will forgive you for setting up a delivery time of 7 AM - 1 PM and then just simply not show up and not call, and then I call to find out wth is going on and wait 1 hour and 48 minutes on hold, BUT I AM NOT ONE OF THEM! BEST BUY CAN GET DIPPED IN DONKEY CRAP! I will never buy anything from them again. And thanks to "Katie" who the best she could come up with was well we are really busy right now... gfy.

Absolutely horrible! They pull the classic advertised low price and then WILL NOT SHIP YOUR...
