The receipt of my shoes was fine, but when I went to return them because they didn't fit, that's when my nightmare began. I used their return label, which apparently puts your return on the back of a donkey. It has been over a month, and the tracking information has not changed. When I contact them, they tell me there is nothing they can do, and that I will not get my refund until they have the shoes in hand. Their customer service people are also hopelessly rude. Looks like I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get this issue resolved. Thinking about shoe shopping online? Just say NO to this site!
