I recently purchased 8 Funko items from EE and a few of them arrived damaged. I assumed I could return the 4 that came damaged because the item is advertised with a "mint condition guarantee", but I was told they can't be returned or replaced because they were purchased in a "bulk order". This was not mentioned anywhere on the items individual listing and is only mentioned on a completely different part of the site under their returns policy, so I was told that nothing could be done even though in addition their policy says "other options may be pursued" on orders over 6. This is especially frustrating because I saw someone online order the same item as me, in the same quantity, and have the same issues regarding damage as I did, and they were sent replacements no problem. I guess this company is only interested in providing good customer support to people who have an audience that could draw them in more business with their misleading advertising. Also when you select the free shipping option it takes forever to be processed and arrive.
