As per other reviews of this person my experience also holds true. Unless you want to deal with a seller who provides poor service then BUYER BEWARE! I will copy and paste my original email and the sellers response to that email. Judge for yourself!

Original email:

Please refund 2 movies I purchased requiring Proxy/VPN unless they can be redeemed on my existing iTunes account. Please advise asap

Seller Reply:

Read the listing

Also read NO REFUNDS ONCE A CODE HAS BEEN SENT OUT

Emailing me about a refund multiple times does not change the terms of the site

PayPal Dispute Comments:

6/14/2017 15:10 EDT - PayPal: Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.

6/14/2017 15:09 EDT - Buyer: Seller is proposing an illegal work around for me to redeem an iTunes movie code that will not allow me to view the movie in my iTunes account. I tried via email and PayPal to resolve the issue but as you can see by the Seller's reply he's very confrontational. I am only requesting $6 for the movies that will not work.

6/14/2017 14:59 EDT - Seller: You do know how to read right? The title tells you - VPN/Proxy needed to redeem if you are outside of Canada - Do you not know what Country you live in? The listing states nothing about needing a Canadian iTunes account - provide the proof in those 2 listings where it states that is what is needed. You Can't unless you photoshop it. Because it does not state your lie. But what it does state - NO REFUNDS ONCE A CODE HAS BEEN SENT OUT - how about adding that fact. Also for your lie about no user agreement - PayPal knows about our user agreement as it's been attached to many files with fools like you that think because you have no respect for our business you can open up false claims and provide the proof that you are a out right liar about things.it is 100% impossible to check out of your store with a purchase unless it is agreed to. Provide the proof that you can check out with out? You can't because again you are just a liar that is not getting his own way. Close this BS case and grow up.

6/14/2017 14:39 EDT - Buyer: Items purchased below require a Canadian iTunes account which I DO NOT have and I'm not familiar with the work around process which cheats the iTunes system. Please refund me $6 and sell the items to a customer who can use them.

Re: Proxy/VPN Redemption

Not only are you unable to read but you are a liar as well. It is 100% impossible to buy anything off my site without the user agreement.

It's pretty petty of my - How many people try the BS that you are trying - they ask for a refund ant than use the code after getting the refund? A lot.
Think about it - How people ask for a refund and say "please provide the refund and than I will use the code after I get it" not a single one - they all try the same bull$#*! you are trying.

Can you read? What does the title state? VPN/PROXY NEEDED TO REDEEM IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF CANADA - so either you have no clue that you do not live in Canada or you just buy $#*! despite understanding what it means. Either way NO REFUNDS - trust me you are never to use my site again.

Now that you opened this PayPal claim - every seller I now will be notified about you and your actions.

What a complete waste of skin.

Just go away little man and grow up

As you can tell he is VERY PROFESSIONAL. In the end I was able to redeem the codes without a VPN or PROXY even though he had no idea how to do it. Take your money elsewhere.
