My experience with this company was appalling. I ordered a silver iPhone XS in excellent condition for £300 on 15th May 2020, they said I would get it in 7-10 working days. The timescale had gone so I emailed them asking where my phone was, and they kept blaming covid and it failing last checks (surely they'd complete last checks before advertising the phone? But I didn't think anything of this). I emailed them a number of times asking for updates on where my phone was but they kept saying they are unable to provide updates and complete checks due to staff shortages as a result of Covid-19.
I eventually received it on 15th June 2020 (a whole month later), however the camera was faulty and the screen would flicker, so I emailed them about this and they said I can either reset and erase the data on the phone or I'd have to send it back for a repair and I'd get it back in 7 working days. Thankfully, my uncle has a friend who offered to repair it for a cheaper price - so I went ahead with my uncles friend who repaired it on the spot.
I am rating them 2 stars because my phone did eventually come, but it was faulty and outside the timeline and the customer service was disgusting. Emails took forever for them to reply to and they don't have a contact number! And most of the emails were generic and repetitive.
I hadn't read the reviews before I ordered and I recommended a friend to them and thank god they looked up the reviews! That's how I found out about them.
