When placing order I double checked the expected delivery date since items are for a gift. When order did not arrive I checked web site for order status. It states that items are being still being processed with no mention of when they will be shipped. It is impossible to contact anyone at this company. No phone number, live chat drops you, no email address for customer support.

Purchased cabinet thru hayneedle because the delivery date was the fastest and the price was the same as other sites. Item was not delivered on that date and now site states it is on backorder. My paypal account has been charged for the order. Unable to find out when item will be delivered.
