First time using any moving company... Don't use this moving company. First of all one of the men smelled of alcohol my husband and I both smelled it. When they did get our furniture to our house because it was late at night they didn't want to assemble it they just wanted to just dump it and go... the manager knew it was a three Hour drive to an from my current house... i also informed the manger that there would be two pieces of furniture to go upstairs per our phone conversation ( I overheard one of the movers say that we should be charged $500 extra for taking two pieces of furniture upstairs)... they broke several pieces of my furniture which cost a lot of money of which I'm still making payments on. The manager took pictures, but I haven't heard nothing they don't care they are the worst. I was promised the world just so they could get my money and business... i was told my furniture would be broke down and assembled at my new house and everything would be wrapped really good and ok... what a nightmare.
