I reviewed Southern Telecom once before earlier this year because of issues with a tablet that I purchased on HSN.
It is so obvious that Southern Telecom doesn't care about their responsibilities regarding dissatisfied consumers.
I cannot believe they get away with this treating customers the way I have been treated.
No response at all AGAIN!
My items received were the wrong size so I sent them an email requesting info on return policies.
I promptly received a response from Brandon.
Brandon emailed me all pertinent information and made the whole process an enjoyable experience.
It was such a joy to have things go so smoothly.
