They can pierce ears but according to the clerk, they can't put in earrings you just bought there. Also no returns, including unopened with receipt. This was all blamed on state laws that do not exist. Several other places offered to help me put those earrings in and I didn't even buy them at their store. I'll never be back.
PS getting another set of piercings in my ears...across the mall, never in Claire's again.

After a month I was finally able to get the earrings put in. I had my daughter do it with tweezers. She wears huggy hoops also, so she's good at it.
