I have been ordering "No More Baggage" directly from Dr. Brandt's website for several years, about every 4-5 months since I order 3 tubes at a time. I ordered 3 tubes again in November and received their package a couple of weeks later. When I opened the box I was shocked and disappointed to find three tubes of Pores No More that I did not order.
I sent an email explaining my problem and got no reply. I waited a couple of days and tried again and the reply I received was that they would contact me "as soon as possible". I waited again but no one contacted me so I called the customer service line and reached a recording saying they would contact me ASAP but that I could also send them an email! So here it is December 17,2021 and I still haven't gotten a response. I should also point out that a couple of the tubes of the "No More Baggage" that I've received in the last year have been of poor consistency but still useable and occasionally I do feel a little burn sensation but not often and not severe enough to cause me concern. My complaint is the fact that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
Going forward I will no longer order directly from Dr. Brandt, the special savings they offer is the only reason I order from them anyway but it's not worth the hassle. I will continue to use "No More Baggage" because it works but will get it locally even though I'll have to pay full price. Dr. Brandt's discounts aren't worth the aggravation I've been through.
