“I think I may have been scammed!”

Dear Sir /Madam,

I ordered 4 jumpers however I did not get any email confirmation. I checked my junk folder as well. Also when I sign into my account it showed no orders placed so I again reordered and still did not receive any email confirmation.

However I have just checked from my credit card company and I have been charged twice! Each time GBP 204 and yet no confirmation.

No response to my email except a silly ticket no.

Can't do live chat.

Account shoes I have never placed an order.
