I had ordered 4 mobile case covers from this website on 29th June 2022 and made a payment of INR 337 and the payment went through and it mentioned that the product will be delivered in 4-5 working days. I felt suspicious when there was no other payment options apart from PAYTM prepaid, I just did a google search with the website name and did not find any reviews (Neither Positive nor Negative) so thought can give it a try as there is no one mentioning any review about this website so took a chance as the amount is small.

I haven't received the product till date, So I tried reaching the mobile number mentioned in the website the phone number *******088 is no longer in use and in '"True caller" application it shows as online scammers. I had even sent an email to their email address "*******@caseholic.in" and haven't got any response. I would suggest not to make any payments in this website.

I have already filed a dispute complain with the bank as had made a payment through my credit card, Not sure how long will it take to get the money refunded.
