I have recently received my package. One of the items was not as I expected so I want to return and refund. There is no choice in the account for that and when I contacted the DHL it will cost a lot and said there is normally an arrangement from the website for such request so it cost less but i sent Nickis two emails. No Answer ( International shipping)
