Placed an order for over £70 which accidentally defaulted to an old address. Spent the next 2 and half hours trying to get through on customer services only to be told that orders cannot be cancelled or changed (even though it hadn't been dispatched) and that I would be charged full price for items I would never recieve. I have never used an online company that could not cancel orders before dispatch. Money grabbing and really poor systems, should not be operating online if they do not have the systems to cope.
