“Complete Scam”

Did not receive goods ordered (goods were different maker and wrong color). Customer service refused to provide return location or refund the money. I was told i wss a good customer and it was recommended I do a new purchase using my bank account - not credit card. Run from this company!

Ordered a pair of Tod's. They were on sale amd delvered in less than a week. Could not be happier and would likely use the site again. I did not process a return or deal with customer service.
