Ordered an item, returned it, still charged. Currently in dispute with BBB. Even PayPal could not figure it out. Based in CA, invoiced by Toys R Us, provided some fake email contact, now wants me to return item to Vietnam, even though I already returned it?! Buyer beware!

Ordered a tshirt for my daughter and followed their own size chart. Shirt arrived and was 2 sizes too small (that's a big difference). They do not offer exchanges or refunds, which is the worst policy you can have if you are selling clothing. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the tshirt is very cute... even if it does fit the chihuahua.
