I really like their variety of coffee and am trying to order directly from companies these days. I ordered the product 9 days ago. The FedEx tracking is lacking a lot of information regarding the shipment. I'm wondering if the order is lost but customer service just rudely said, "if you read the FedEx website, it says there are weather delays". The cold and ice is down south and not in Minnesota where it says the package is. Due to the rudeness of customer service, I will look for another small business to purchase coffee.
