We ordered a very expensive Plum playhouse that was delivered straight from Plum, and some of the pieces were damaged. We reached out to Modern Nursery to see how we could fix the situation, and they immediately coordinated with Plum on sending us the replacement parts and keeping us updated as soon as they did anything. In under 2 weeks from the time I contacted them, we had our replacement parts in hand. If you're looking to make a big purchase, they will take care of you!
