When trying to politely say good bye and thank you for their time the highest ranked will manipulate you to continue speaking with them. Customer service will also try to play dumb as if that doesn't happen and again try to manipulate it as if you being rude, when you are merely assertive and stern in your tone. I will say that when I stated I was being assertive in my disappointment and merely wanted to make sure I was not going to continue to be charged that I was not rude, however I did become quite rude once I was accused of being so. All in all if you decide to use this service be sure to forget those manors and simply hang up once you hear the tone. Customer service is quite keen to twist it up. I would suggest seeking a more reputable service. They do not provide confirmation request either, at least that's what they stated when I requested one. Keep track on your bank account.
